The first openly gay Presidential candidate, who is married to a male "husband" and yet claims to be a Christian, sits in judgment of President Trump's profession of faith (see point # 5 in this link.)

Before I go on, the point of this blog is NOT to examine whether Trump is truly a Christian or not because I REALLY DON'T CARE....I support him and his re-election 100%, Christian or not. I like his policies and he STANDS for Christians, whether or not HE is really one.
The issue today is Will we be able to evaluate HIS (Mayor Pete, the first openly gay Presidential candidate's) profession in the light of Scripture, ALSO...or will we be labeled as "haters" and "judging" (by other CHRISTIANS, even), if and when we do seek to discern if he's the real deal?? (Considering how OBAMA, the first President who endorsed same-sex marriage, got away with the same scam not long ago because he is "BLACK" I personally have no doubt that Mayor Pete will get away with it because he's openly "GAY".....but I hope I'm wrong.)
Interestingly, Mayor Pete's last name is pronounced "Buddha JUDGE"......"Judge" is built right into his name and he seems to think he can judge OTHERS without judging HIMSELF in the light of God's Word. Read the link!!
Okay here's the part (above) in point #5 of the link that really, really bugs me. That is MAYOR PETE talking about TRUMP and Trump's profession of Christianity. And let's establish the following...
1.) A President or Presidential candidate's faith IS something that should be analyzed fairly, because someone's FAITH most often guides their ACTIONS.
2.) Pete is CORRECT to say that our actions ("fruits," as Jesus called them) show forth WHO WE REALLY ARE. "Actions speak louder than words," as they say.
and 3.), Pete correctly points to Trump's PRIDE and says that THIS is inconsistent with Christianity. And he's right!! But he's being hypocritical in all of his "rightness," and here's why.
"Gays" are the proudest people in the world. They have Gay Pride PARADES....literal, shameful PARADES of their sin. They have Pride DAYS, Pride WEEKS, Pride MONTHS and by the way the Word of God says HOMOSEXUALITY is a sin just as much as PRIDE is. An even GREATER sin (in my opinion) would be HYPOCRISY....pointing out someone ELSE'S sin (as Buddha Judge does with Trump) while being guilty of the exact same thing....even worse pride, in fact.
Jesus condemned those who see a speck in their brother's eye but have a BEAM in their OWN eye, and that, my friends, is Mayor Pete's hypocrisy.
