The New York Post reports this morning that a 21 year old raped a 92 year old then left her to die. His excuse for the rape?? HE FELL ON HER. Here's the article...

Khan told detectives, “He fell down, his belt broke, his pants fell down and his penis fell near her vagina,” the prosecutor, Joseph Grasso, said in court.
At that point, something came over him, Khan claimed.
Take it from a New Jerseyan, ONLY IN NEW YORK, where 90% of the inhabitants are Liberals, would such a ridiculous "defense" even be ATTEMPTED.
Yeah, sure, "Something came over him" as if HE was the victim....when the prosecutors apparently have evidence that he STALKED her and KNOCKED HER DOWN and RAPED her!! Yeah, sure, he claims he was trying to HELP the poor lady...that's why he left a 92 year old woman to DIE, half naked, on a freezing sidewalk at midnight. What's his ridiculous excuse for not at least CALLING THE POLICE??
ONLY IN NEW YORK could this savage have a CHANCE to get away with murder because his skin color immediately makes HIM a "victim" in the eyes of white Liberals. And even though, if you read the link, his victim, Maria Fuertes, apparently was ALSO a person of color, well, she is not PICTURED. (White Liberals respond IMMEDIATELY and FAVORABLY to pics of sad-eyed minority kids, and line up to make excuses FOR them. I wish the Post would show a photo of the 92 year old victim next to this photo of the perp.)
But, at least they had the guts to REPORT the story!! Not every New York paper WILL.
As for whatever lawyer is "DEFENDING" this miscreant, well, I understand a lawyer HAS to offer the best possible "defense" for his client and, in Liberal New York, this stupid "defense" IS his client's best shot at acquittal.
What I do NOT understand is why a lawyer would not just REFUSE this case, in the first place.
