"Aaron"

One of the greatest players in baseball history has died at age 86.  HANK AARON, the very first to pass Babe Ruth on the all-time home run list back in 1974, died in his sleep last night. Many baseball fans consider Hank the TRUE Home Run King as he was only surpassed by BARRY BONDS (who, the evidence shows, CHEATED his way to the record). NOBODY LOVES A CHEATER, no matter WHAT they seem to gain by it (attention: Biden-Harris)!!

Additionally, "Hammerin' Hank" passed a WHITE man who was idolized by millions, and he played in the South. Barry Bonds did NOT have the pressure Aaron (who received several death threats) had!! Bonds played in SAN FRANCISCO in the 1990s and 2000s....NOT the South. And "No one cared" that a black man eclipsed ANOTHER black man's record, so Bonds had it EASY compared to Aaron, and Bonds had "HELP" via illegal substances.

I count AARON as the TRUE Home Run King just like I, and 75 million others, count TRUMP as the TRUE President.

And when the Hall of Fame votes are revealed next week I sincerely hope that Bonds (who is CLOSE to the 75% of votes needed to gain HOF entry) is NOT voted in the week after THIS fine man, Hank Aaron, passed away! Bonds does NOT belong in the Hall with THIS man.

Ironically, about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago Hank Aaron took the COVID vaccine as a Public Service Event to "show African-Americans the vaccine is safe."

Well...........I'm afraid his sudden death won't make anyone more confident.

HANK AARON IS THE TENTH HALL-OF-FAMER TO DIE IN THE LAST TEN MONTHS. In fact, he's the third THIS month!! The Hall of Fame deaths began last April, with Tigers great AL KALINE.

One wonders if COVID related lockdowns might have had something to do with the unprecedented deaths of 10 Hall-of-Famers in only ten months. Their average age was about 80, and those that are able DELIGHT to attend card shows and sell their autographs for big bucks...it's one of the perks of being IN the Hall. They love and LIVE to receive the adulation of their fans, and perhaps being cut off from those uplifting, in-person events indirectly CONTRIBUTED to this rash of deaths?? We'll never know, I guess.

As far as I DO know, only 2 of the ten had COVID at the end of their lives.

In conclusion, I cried when I heard that Aaron died at 86. Why?? Because I'm a WILLIE MAYS fan, and the two of those guys, Mays and Aaron, were RIVALS when I was a kid. The first time I met Mays I said to him, "Willie, you were better than Aaron ANY day" and he said "Tell that to AARON." Bottom line, Aaron's death today is a reminder that, if the Lord spares ME one day I'll hear the news that MAYS (who will be 90 in May, Lord Willing) will be gone.

And so will a piece of ME, just like the great HANK ARRON was a piece.
