 Here are my FINAL "Memes of the Week," up to #50, as Election Day is next Tuesday. (BTW, HAPPY REFORMATION DAY today!!

"The Willie Mays World Series MVP Award"

 

I felt OLD last night, watching a DODGER hold up the "Willie Mays World Series MVP Award" statue (above) after the Dodgers won the World Series. It was a strange ending to a strange season (BTW, Congrats to the Dodgers)!!

Not only was the season shortened by COVID, not only were ALL 60 regular season games played without live fans in the stands, but ONE OF THE DODGERS HAD TO BE REMOVED DURING THE GAME LAST NIGHT BECAUSE HE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID!! Unreal!! In the final game of baseball's season...in the MIDDLE of that game, he was yanked out!! Bizarre!!

This makes all of the cardboard replicas of "fans" in the stands and piped-in crowd noises during the "regular" (I use that term loosely) "season" seem "normal," almost!!

Then, there was the ODD move that the Rays manager made removing a VERY effective starting pitcher WAY early because he trusted STATS more than his GUT.  The Rays LOST because of that, and it reignites the debate between "Old School" vs. "New School" managing. The Hot Stove League will be discussing that ALL winter!! I'm for the OLD School way, by the way.....why can't a starting pitcher GO AS FAR AS HE CAN GO in this, his last start of the season?? He'll have ALL WINTER to recuperate, for Heaven's sake!! He was pitching GREAT...leave him in!!  I'm feeling OLD, remembering when relievers were a LAST RESPORT, not a FIRST OPTION.

But what REALLY made me feel old was seeing a DODGER holding up that "Willie Mays Award." 

When I was a kid, the SF GIANTS (Mays's team) were MY favorite team and our arch-rivals were the LA DODGERS.  They were the Yankees-Red Sox of the National League.

The thought of a DODGER being honored with a "GIANTS" award was almost "blasphemous," when I was age 7-11. It just didn't seem right to me. The world has certainly changed in the last 50-plus years.

It made me feel old....or maybe it made me feel YOUNG.  But either way, I'm glad to see WILLIE, at age 89, honored with his likeness on this BEAUTIFUL award!!

Even if a DODGER got to hoist it overhead.

"Tyson Sports Bald Look on Cover of Her Book"

 The cover of Cicely Tyson's long-awaited, upcoming Bio will show her with head shaved, it has now been made known.  I like it!! To me, rightly or wrongly, the image conveys someone with NOTHING TO HIDE and that is refreshing, considering how she has been so secretive and yes, deceitful over the years. And the way it's a "black-and-white" photo (think of the THOUSANDS of photos that could have been selected for this cover) implies that the book deals in FACTS.  (Yes, you CAN "judge a book by its cover"....at least you should be ABLE to, to some extent!! THAT particular photo is ADVERTISING something, and I hope it's not false advertising).

For those who don't know, I wrote the world's first Bio about Tyson in 2013 (self-published) after getting to know her for ten years at the School which bears her name, here in New Jersey. She fell out of favor with me, though, about two years ago...this blog explains why, I don't want to keep repeating myself....

"The Francis / Biden Connection"

  

Pope Francis has now supported same-sex civil unions, going against Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and the TRADITION of every single sane society since the world began. There is NO mistaking his intent with what he said, and if the hundreds of news outlets who've reported the story ARE misinterpreting him, why doesn't he CORRECT them?? Better yet, why can't this impostor who foolishly claims to speak for God speak CLEARER than he does, if he's really being misquoted or misinterpreted?? Answer: He's NOT being misunderstood.  Francis SUPPORTS SAME-SEX CIVIL UNIONS, which means, by the teachings of Catholicism, he's a heretic who should be excommunicated (some high-ups in the Church are attempting to do just that, BTW).

The fact is, if you recall, this Pope, when first selected, was touted as "The First Latin-American Pope"...as if a quota was being filled, or something.  This was not long after America foolishly elected "The First African-American" President who had no OTHER qualifications other than he marketed himself as black.  BOTH of these affirmative action appointments went on to give unprecedented support to the LGBTQ crowd. The lesson?? When you elect unqualified people just to "make history" THIS is the kind of history you make.  They know that they owe their selection to being "groundbreaking" in its nature, so they feel compelled to break NEW ground. Obama WAS, and Francis IS, "groundbreaking" without a doubt.  But the kind of "groundbreaking" that they do is like when funeral workers move earth to bury a casket in it. Promoting same-sex unions foretells the death of civilization.

"But Chet, in 1978 when John Paul II became the first POLISH Pope, THAT was a first, THAT was groundbreaking.  You didn't mind THAT because you're POLISH...and you object to the first Latin Pope because you're a RACIST."  I'll only dignify the "Polish Pope" part of that with a response!!  Yes, John Paul II was the first Polish Pope, but that's NOT why he was selected!! He came in as the successor to the FIRST John Paul who was NOT Polish.  At that point (1978), I was three years removed from being a Catholic but my whole Polish side of the family REJOICED to see that (Polish Pope) milestone.  However, John Paul II did not CHANGE the teachings of the Church OR defy common sense and decency by endorsing same-sex unions. And when it came time to select a NEW Pope after John Paul II died, I heard a lot of talk about "The Catholic Church has only had WHITE Popes so far, let's elect a BLACK Pope." (I never heard anyone say "We've had a POLISH Pope," you see).  

John Paul II happened to be Polish, yes, but most didn't think of him that way.  And I'll tell you a little secret, even PROTESTANTS liked him.  He was VIRILE and more MANLY than other Popes.  Like President Reagan, he survived an assassination attempt almost 40 years ago and he seemed to stand for Conservative values like The Gipper did.  John Paul II and Reagan seemed to be CONNECTED.  25 years ago this month, he was visiting New Jersey and a Catholic customer of mine gave me four tickets to see him.  As a Protestant I didn't want to go but neither did I want to refuse the tickets and make my Catholic customer feel bad.  So, in a controversial move which I've never disclosed until now, I gave the tickets to four Catholic relatives so THEY could attend the huge rally. Frankly, it would be a cold day in Hell before I'd ever accept or give away tickets to see THIS Pope!!

In closing, I believe this 82 year old Pope may be going SENILE.  His very TIMING in endorsing same-sex unions is TERRIBLE timing.  Because of the Coronavirus and BLM dominating the news, we've had a YEAR OFF from hearing much about the LGBTQ crowd, and, frankly, it's been a nice break.  But now, FRANCIS comes along and puts them front-and-center in our faces again!! Anyway, here are two memes I've created, which explain other reasons why his timing is irrational....

Many of us have been scratching our heads wondering how JOE BIDEN, who is CLEARLY in cognitive decline, could run for President with a clear conscience.....but now I understand.  Biden is a CATHOLIC who is in subjection to the POPE, as all Catholics are. And if the "spiritual leader" (so they think) of the entire WORLD can be SENILE, well, why can't the PRESIDENT of one itty-bitty NATION be senile?? Remember....Jesus said "No man can be greater than his master" and I think BIDEN is just following the example of HIS "master." So that's my opinion of the "Francis / Biden Connection...." two bad Catholics who are in cognitive decline and who need to be whisked off the world stage to RETIREMENT.

"Sweet!! Cheating Astros Eliminated; Dodgers IN World Series!!"

 The Houston Astros were eliminated from the playoffs on Saturday night, and, LAST night, the team they CHEATED out of a world title in 2017, the Dodgers, advanced to the 2020 World Series.  Sweet!!

The Astros, only 29-31 in the "regular" Covid-shortened 2020 "season," somehow managed to advance to the playoffs and take the Tampa Bay Rays to Game 7 in the ALCS.  No doubt, during the "regular," shortened "season" they benefitted from have NO live fans in the stands to BOO them (because of their sign-stealing scandal, revealed last winter). The team LIMPED into the postseason and several ERRORS by the biggest cheater of all (physical AND mental errors), little JOSE ALTUVE, may well have played a part in them losing that (ALCS) series. Now....had the Astros WON the ALCS, advanced to the WORLD Series and won THAT, would it have RELEGITIMIZED them as World Champs?? Not hardly.  It would not have redeemed THEIR image, but it would have been ANOTHER strike against BASEBALL'S image to think that a team of cheaters, in THE shortest excuse for a baseball "season" ever, could get that far after having a sub-.500 "season." (I must admit that, had they come back from that 0-3 deficit in the ALCS to win Game 7, that WOULD have been impressive but it would not have washed away their guilt for cheating the Dodgers, in 2017. And....thankfully they DIDN'T come back from that 0-3 hole)!! ONLY A FULL ADMISSION OF THE ASTROS' GUILT AND SEVERE PENALTIES BY MLB FOR THEIR CHEATING IN 2017 CAN BEGIN TO BLOT OUT THAT STAIN.  I say, declare the DODGERS the 2017 World Champs!!

Another question. Wouldn't it have been better for baseball, and more JUST, if the Astros DID win the ALCS and  now THEY would face the Dodgers in the World Series, starting tomorrow night??  Thus giving the Dodgers another chance to meet and beat them?? Not really.  How do we know they wouldn't cheat, and BEAT, the Dodgers AGAIN??  How do we know they wouldn't PREVAIL in a best-of-seven though they WEREN'T the best team, not even a .500 team, in the "regular" season?? After all, a limited number of fans WILL be allowed in the stands for the World Series and "fans" in the stands are what helped the Astros cheat (and win) in 2017. No, I like it THIS way....Dodgers IN, Astros OUT of the 2020 World Series. If the Dodgers beat the RAYS that validates THEM, in my opinion. Even if they DON'T win it all, they STILL got farther than the CHEATERS did this way.

In closing, to this point I've been rooting for the RAYS after they eliminated my Yankees in the playoffs....no more.  I want the DODGERS to win the Series (I rooted for them in the '88 Fall Classic, you know....the Kirk Gibson homerun year, the year of "O.H.".....Orel Hershisher).

I wouldn't mind this Series going seven games, like the ALCS and NLCS just did, but I want the DODGERS to win it all.....while the 29-31 cheating ASTROS watch it at home, on TV.

BLOG #500---" Random Thoughts About ANIMALS, and How to Treat Them, From the Bible"

Even before I was a Christian, I hated the needless mistreatment of animals. I was upset when my dad shot a songbird to show off how his new rifle worked, and when he'd heartlessly, almost sadistically, boil crabs ALIVE in a big pot. This turned me off to hunting and fishing.  And, I walked out of Biology class in high school when live frogs were dissected for experimental purposes. These things just didn't seem right to me even BEFORE I got saved.

And SINCE I've been a Christian (1975) my thinking about animals has been honed by the Bible....I realize it is NOT wrong to hunt or fish, as long as we eat what is taken and these aren't just exercises to show off our "Manhood." The Bible says "the righteous man regards the life of his beast" (emphasis mine) which means that if we have a pet OR work animal or ANY animal that we "take", we should TAKE CARE of it.  This is one of the reasons I don't have pets, by the way...I am LAX in the "take good care of" department, and I know it.  I prefer animals (mostly birds) that I can WATCH or DRAW, but being one who cultivates HUMAN relationships a whole lot I don't have much energy left for PETS, frankly....and I know it. 

And to me, the idea of a dog being "man's best friend" doesn't square with Scripture....our best friends tell us the truth about ourselves and (do I have to say it?) dogs. can't. talk.

I, personally, don't hunt or fish but those who do it lawfully and ethically are FINE by me now.

On Facebook, they link to quite a few videos about ANIMALS that I often watch.  These are in four main categories...

1.)  INFORMATIVE videos about animals (mostly fascinating insects, birds or fish, which make me MARVEL at God's creativity!! In Scripture, animals of ALL kids are used as "teaching helps," and that includes, spiders, snakes and ants which many hate because of their appearance and behaviors).

2.) Animals (usually lions or hyenas) hunting OTHER animals. Often gruesome, but "real life."

3.) Animals that are ABUSED as they are prepped to be USED as food for humans. These videos are put out by PETA or NSPCA, and, though these should be more concerned about human babies being aborted, they DO make some good videos exposing the abuse of animals awaiting slaughter. 

And,

4.) PET animals, "pets" that are treated like they are the "children" of their "parents" (Humans.) It's very instructive that the ark God told Noah to build was for ANIMALS as well as HUMANS.  But God gave instructions to NOAH, not to those creatures!! God VALUES animals but He values humans MORE, the two are not equal in His sight. God had NO special relationship with the "Ark Animals" like He had with Noah.

The Bible says we DO have the right to EAT animals, but frankly the callous way some are put to death by people is sickening. When WILD animals eat OTHER animals alive, THAT is heart-wrenching ALSO but these creatures are merely following their brute instincts. PEOPLE, made in God's image as we are, should not TORTURE animals because that does NOT reflect God's Heart.  

And this idea of experimenting on monkeys is both cruel and mistaken with the assumption that we EVOLVED from them.  Those crying that we should end experimenting on monkeys (to improve our lives as HUMANS) need to stop buying into the concept of EVOLUTION...attack the ROOT ASSUMPTION.  We did not EVOLVE from apes, so how can experimenting on them HELP us in any way??

As for people in certain cultures who dress monkeys up as babies, call them their "children" and treat them as such, in my opinion they ALSO need to realize that God created us as PEOPLE, and if our sexual acts can only reproduce other HUMANS....not MONKEYS...monkeys or other pets can never be your "children."  Sad to say, many CHRISTIANS seem to love animals inordinately, as well....they're more concerned if their dogs or cats will go to Heaven, than if their NEIGHBORS will.

Bottom line...animals should NOT be mistreated, NOT hunted for "entertainment" or to show off how "macho" we are, that is NOT what God intended when He gave us dominion over them. Staged videos which make small animals battle to fight for their lives are despicable, they are as bad as Cockfights or live Pitbull fights, and should be illegal. God created animals TO SHOW FORTH HIS GLORY AND POWER AND (regarding the edible ones) TO PROVIDE US WITH FOOD.  I believe that EVERY animal teaches us life lessons by the very way it lives, and this is where those INFORMATIVE videos come in so handy. But the OTHER error is to treat animals as if they are HUMAN...as if they are even SUPERIOR to humans.  To conclude, in Scripture, though we are told to treat animals well, the true barometer of our love to GOD is how we love (or don't love) our fellow MAN.

 Our way of life is on the table this election. Our financial well being is up for grabs, we're being censured already, the media is a propaganda machine, and our freedom hangs in peril. We are already getting a taste of life under one party rule, just like China. They want us to live like they do in China. The people in China have no power, no vote, and independent thought is not allowed. Religion is not allowed, as is evident by their persecution of Muslims and Christians. All people live in fear of the government. They aren't free and the elite families stay in power forever while the people can't do anything about it. The people don't even have guns. There aren't enough good paying jobs, either. Don't be arrogant, it can happen here and if we vote the wrong way, it will happen here. Not all at once but it will happen quicker than you think. We, the people, will lose, and lose big, while the elite prosper. They will do whatever they want while telling us that we can't do what they do. They will have whatever they want while telling us what we are allowed have, which will be less than what they have. They will change the laws, even burn The Constitution in order to ensure that we will not rise up or prosper. They will keep their boots on our necks. They will sensor our phone calls, emails, and sites that we access on the internet, blocking some, just like they do in China. This is what the power hungry in the United States want. They are already teaching our children to hate and villify ALL religions in this country especially Christianity. It is becoming acceptable, almost desirable to hate the religious, discriminate against them, and verbally abuse them. If you treated a gay person this way you'd be called homophobic, a bigot, and afraid of the LGBTQ community. You'd be cursed and "cancelled". A mob may even destroy your property with impunity. The double standard is amazing. Teaching our children and grandchildren to hate us "older" folk is most likely next on the agenda.

Those that lust for power want to crush our spirits, rewrite our history and convince us that they can take better care of us than we can ourselves in order to scam us into accepting and welcoming Communist, Marxist rule before we know the real deal. (Read up on the history of the USSR, for you readers out there)

Think before you vote. Hating a person or smugly dismissing the other is not worth sacrificing our freedom. (You have the life that you have BECAUSE of the freedom afforded by our country, not in spite of it) Look at the issues. Limit tv news. Be careful what print media you read. Watch the speeches and debates with a notepad and use your own mind to choose who YOU think is best based on the words that come out of their own mouths. The information and the truth are often revealed there. DON'T rely on your feelings. Don't try to fit into a crowd or group. Don't let the media make up your mind. Verify what is fake news and what is not. Reject catchy phrases or slogans. Search to expose and debunk the lies. Examine opposing views. Remember your kids and grandkids and what United States you want them to live in.

You have a right to your point of view and I have the right to have a different point of view. We can talk and understand each

other while remaining family and friends in spite of our differences. THAT is what makes America great. Vote to protect that, if you need a cause. Just don't be driven by hate. Be a part of the process. THINK! VOTE!!

"ANOTHER Hall-of-Fame Baseball Player Has Died..."

 

THE GREAT JOE MORGAN HAS DIED TODAY. Joe is the FIFTH Hall-of-Famer to pass in the last 6 weeks!! Overall, SEVEN prominent baseball players have passed. They are...

TOM SEAVER* (8-31);

LOU BROCK* (9-6);

JAY JOHNSTONE (9-26);

BOB GIBSON * and RON PERRANOSKI (10-2);

WHITEY FORD * ;

and now JOE*.

The men with the asterisks were Hall-of-Famers. It's a good thing the H.O.F. cancelled all ceremonies in July because COVID would be suspected in this UNPRECEDENTED rash of Hall of Fame deaths, otherwise!!

Morgan, like Seaver, also achieved fame as an ANNOUNCER when his playing days were done.

They say "Famous people die in groups of two or three" and I believe God ALLOWS that to get us thinking about our OWN mortality. Wow, this is not "two or three"....it's SEVEN, and all from the baseball community!!

It should, indeed, make us think that we will ALL stand before God one day. Are we ready??

"Retracting My Raves About Ras, the Racist"

A few weeks ago, I actually praised Ras Baraka, the Democrat Mayor of Newark NJ, the city of my birth, for his decision to remove the Christopher Columbus statue from Washington Park in Newark.  Here is that blog which explains WHY I thought his action, and the way he did what he did, were praiseworthy...

At the time I wrote that blog, there was NO mention of renaming the entire PARK, mind you...just removing the statue. But now there is, and this changes things......

This new info forces me to RETRACT MY RAVES ABOUT RAS and wonder if I should call him "Ras the Racist" now??  You see, his rationale (which now appears to be a lie) for removing the statue was to protect it against vandalism......but why did he remove Washington's NAME??  Hey, I love Harriet Tubman and think it's GREAT that her statue will replace Columbus.  She's someone who most people from Newark will appreciate more than Columbus.  But there was NO NEED to rename the entire PARK after Tubman.  No one can desecrate or topple the NAME  of the park, so Mayor Baraka can't spin this like he spun his reason for removing the Columbus statue.

By removing all traces of the two white men, one who "discovered" America and one who is our nation's "Father," Mayor Baraka has gone TOO far now. I see no contradiction with a TUBMAN statue in a WASHINGTON Park, frankly!! It MIGHT actually be a UNIFYING REMINDER of our nation's history....but, sobeit.  Ras is doing what HE wants to do and I am now doing what I am FORCED to do....to UNdo my earlier blog of commendation. 

One more thing...the info in that second link I posted says that Ras believes Columbus Day (today) should be "Indigenous People's Day." I certainly didn't know THAT when I praised him previously!! And so, Ras....in closing, I dedicate this meme I created to YOU.

"With My Yanks Eliminated, I'm Rooting For The Rays...And Here's Why"

 Congrats to the Tampa Bay Rays, who eliminated my Yankees in the playoffs last night.  It was a best-of-five series that was decided by ONLY ONE RUN, so at least it was competitive!! Lots of irony, as well....the very tall AARON JUDGE could not prevent a home run which seemed "catchable," but the very SHORT Brett Gardner DID rob a home run from the Rays!! Such is life, I really didn't think the Yanks would get very deep into October (see my Sept. 28th blog).

The biggest irony of all, though, was that the guy who hit the GAME-WINNING solo homer did it off  Aroldis Chapman...the man who threw at his head in a regular season contest a few weeks ago.  Talk about "getting even"!! Wow. Chapman never should have PROVOKED the man. This is now TWO YEARS IN A ROW when Chapman gave up a home run which ended our season...last year, it was that cheater ALTUVE of the ASTROS who did us in (the entire Astros team was proven to have cheated all year, over this past winter, by the way...more later.) Yes, Altuve cheated, but CHAPMAN THREW THE BALL and he threw the season-ending  pitch LAST night, as well.  I'd like to see Chapman GONE from the Yanks next year. Here's why...

1.) His Domestic Abuse past. I have put up with him on this team because the Yankees acquired him TWICE, nothing I could do about it.  But now that our OTHER Domestic Abuse pitcher, Domingo German, is supposedly returning to the Yanks next year (I wrote to the New York papers urging the Yanks to get rid of him), having served his suspension, I don't want TWO women-abusers on my team at the same time.  I never even wanted ONE, truth be told!!

2.) Chapman's previous "niche" was that he could throw 100 mph a few years back but now "everyone" does it, it seems.  It's "old hat."  He's no longer one-of-a-kind.  And,

3.) Had Aroldis never PROVOKED that guy by "head-hunting," MAYBE what's-his-name wouldn't have had that extra "juice" and eliminated us last night!! We'll never know.

FROM THIS POINT ON, I'M ROOTING FOR THE RAYS AS THEY ADVANCE TO THE NEXT ROUND AND FACE THOSE CHEATING ASTROS. I am still a Yankee fan but the integrity of baseball is at stake. Bad enough the cheating Astros weren't really PENALIZED for cheating, I don't want to see them "REWARDED" by representing MY league in the Fall Classic!!

I don't know how the Astros have made it this far WITHOUT Gerritt Cole (who came to US and has been GREAT, by the way) and without the injured, aging JUSTIN VERLANDER, but here they are, ready to tangle with the RAYS to see who advances to the World Series. The Astros must be stopped.  We cannot allow cheaters IN the World Series giving them a chance to WIN the World Series the year after they engaged in the most scandalous (in my opinion) example of cheating in MLB history.  So far, in this weird "Covid" season there have been NO FANS IN THE STANDS TO BOO THESE CHEATERS and that's a big break for them...but the RAYS must make them PAY.  (After all, the RAYS were cheated by the Astros last year ALSO and I'd love to see them SWEEP the 'Stros in this best-of-seven)!! CHEATERS and WOMEN-BEATERS simply don't deserve to win, in life!!  

Go, RAYS!!

"The 30 Year Burden"

 John Lennon was born 80 years ago today, in 1940.  He died 40 years ago, in 1980.  While on this earth, he had tremendous INFLUENCE, first as the founder of The Beatles and then in his solo career as a musician.

I followed Lennon VERY closely starting in 1970 when the Beatles broke up, and I can tell you that the lyrics to his songs were very anti-Christian.  (I didn't MIND that, though because I wasn't a Christian MYSELF, until 1975.  In fact, John's ungodly influence was once VERY much appreciated by me)!!

It was 30 years ago today, on what would have been Lennon's 50th, that I turned on the TV and saw Lennon's memory being honored at the United Nations, of all places. His song "Imagine" was playing and I was grieved that its godless lyrics were being broadcast to millions, ten years after his death. At that very point I developed a "burden" to try to tell younger generations the TRUTH about this man who has become an idol to so many and whose memory is being whitewashed.  In Heaven, angels REJOICE when a sinner repents but on EARTH, the DEMONS rejoice because John NEVER repented....and they love it.  Here in 2020, there was even talk about making "Imagine"...a song that denies the EXISTENCE of Heaven and Hell.... our new national anthem!! And I am sure that Lennon, the one who DISHONORED God and Christ the Lord, will be honored again today by MILLIONS.

In these past 30 years since Oct. 9th, 1990, I have attempted to use MY meager writing gift to try to make others aware of who Lennon REALLY was, what his lyrics REALLY taught so many like myself.  Finally, THIS year I think I've reached my goal.

First, I updated my short (61 page) BOOK about him and tweaked it slightly. Finally got it "perfect" after several different attempts via self-publishing, a series of magazine articles in TWO different online magazines, a DIFFERENT blog I used to write (not this one) and my FACEBOOK page*.   In fact, I've received a lot of HATRED for telling the truth about Lennon, but sobeit!!  Here's the book I've self-published on Amazon this year, already in its second edition....

 

I've also completed a TRACT that kind of TIES to the book...as if the book is the "album," and the TRACT is the "single" (wow, I'm really DATING myself by using that analogy, Lol)....

Months ago I submitted the contents of my book to "DECISION" magazine (Franklin Graham's mag) in case they wanted to print it in December, when the anniversary of Lennon's murder turns 40.  I haven't heard anything back, and I doubt if I will....but it doesn't matter.  The Lord will use it as HE sees fit.

My 30 year burden has been lifted, I wrote what I believe the Lord ordained me to write...and I can move on to OTHER, more PLEASING topics.

* The FIRST book I self-published is out-of-print, the two online mags ceased publishing, I stopped writing for that OTHER blog and the series in Facebook Notes "lives on," without much interest or fanfare. Getting the TRACT published was a four year adventure of "stops" and "starts," writes and rewrites.

"Vice-Presidential Debate Tonight Will Be Viewed as 'Possible Presidential Preview' Debate"

 

Vice President Mike Pence and Kamala Harris (BIDEN'S Veep candidate) have their one-and-only Debate tonight.  Usually, VEEP debates don't spark a lot of interest, but this one SHOULD.

For a long time, Conservatives have been concerned that if Joe Biden IS elected he'd quickly step down due to his failing mental powers...making his Vice President the new Commander-in-Chief. Biden has therefore been regarded as a "Trojan Horse" to usher in Harris' brand of SOCIALISM at some point. (Yesterday, Biden denied that HE's a Socialist but said he'd be a "transformational" President if elected. And HARRIS is what he'd "transform" into, either right away or when his first term would be up, giving her a leg up to replace him in 2024.)

And, frankly, when President Trump was hospitalized for the Coronavirus last Friday (he's already OUT of the hospital, in case you are unaware), new scrutiny was given to PENCE...the man who IS presently in line to replace HIM if the unthinkable happened.  This is why the clash between THESE two Veeps tonight is ULTRA important!! This year, its as important as the PRESIDENTIAL debate we've HAD, and the two upcoming Trump-Biden ones which are scheduled.  Don't forget, Trump AND Biden are the two oldest candidates to ever run against each other, meaning that a President dying a natural death while in office is simply not that far-fetched to viewers / voters as it once was.

So tonight is no longer a "Vice-Presidential Debate," it is now viewed, correctly, as a "Possible Presidential Preview Debate" between two candidates who might be running against each other for PRESIDENT in four years.

Pence, a white man in this Politically Correct nation that now DESPISES white men (let's be honest), has his work cut out for him opposing Harris, a black WOMAN.  The Mainstream Media is likely to declare Harris the winner no matter HOW badly she does, and the standards for judging HER performance have been lowered by racist white Liberals...a racism which Harris hypocritically accepts because it benefits her. 

But Mike Pence is a Christian who, I believe will be praying for WISDOM in what to say tonight / what NOT to say, and the BEST way to delineate the differences between the two parties. In fact, I expect that he will not only clarify the differences between the PARTIES but his calm and mannerly demeanor will set him apart from the PRESIDENT, who was overly aggressive (in my opinion) in his first debate with Biden!!  So, his dependence upon God gives PENCE  a big leg up on the godless Kamala Harris. May God BLESS Mike Pence tonight as he endeavors to "speak the truth in love" while shining a light on the godless, Socialistic ticket of Biden-Harris.  And may he be able to convince the viewers as to why Trump-Pence DO deserve a second term and why HE should be second-in-line for the Presidency.
